Introduction
Eclis – Think Yourself Rich is a wellness app focused on mindset, journaling, and daily motivation. This Privacy Policy describes how Eclis handles information. We designed Eclis to collect minimal data and keep it on your device whenever possible.
1. No Account, No Login
Eclis does not require creating an account or logging in. You can use the app without providing email or a password.
2. What We Store Locally (On Your Device)
To personalize your experience and create your guided mindset plan, Eclis may ask for the following details during onboarding. These values are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers:
- Name
- Age
- Country
- Gender
- Occupation (free text)
- Income bracket
- Financial state (multi‑choice)
- Emotional state selections (up to two)
- Primary goal (single choice)
- Vision board selection (image ID)
You can reset or delete this local data at any time from within the app settings (e.g., “Reset Everything”). Uninstalling the app also removes this data.
3. Subscriptions Managed by RevenueCat
Eclis uses RevenueCat to manage in‑app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts from Apple and may use anonymous identifiers to determine your active entitlements (for example, whether you are Premium). We do not receive your full payment details.
Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store. For billing questions, refunds, or cancellations, please use your Apple account settings or contact Apple Support.
4. Analytics and Crash Reporting
- Google Analytics: Helps us understand general usage patterns (e.g., feature usage, session counts) so we can improve the app. Data is aggregated and does not include your local onboarding details or journal content.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash logs and basic device information to help us diagnose and fix app issues. It does not include your local onboarding data or any financial information.
5. Data Security
- Local data is stored using iOS secure storage mechanisms where appropriate.
- All communications with external services (e.g., RevenueCat, Google services) use HTTPS.
- We do not sell your personal information.
6. Your Choices and Controls
- Reset Data: Use the in‑app reset to delete locally stored onboarding information.
- Analytics/Crash Reporting: You can limit tracking via your device privacy settings (e.g., iOS privacy controls).
- Subscriptions: Manage or cancel at any time in iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
7. Children’s Privacy
Eclis is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Data Retention
Local onboarding data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Analytics and crash data are retained by Google/Firebase according to their policies. Subscription records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
