Eclis is a wellness and mindset app offering affirmations, guided plans, journaling, and coaching‑style interactions. Eclis content is for informational and motivational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use Eclis at your own risk.
- Do not rely on the app for professional advice or emergency situations.
- Ensure that your device and operating system are compatible and up to date.
4. Restrictions on Use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the app.
- Do not reproduce or resell app content.
- Do not use Eclis for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass or share paid features with non‑subscribers.
5. No Liability
The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Eclis, including (without limitation) financial losses, missed opportunities, or emotional outcomes. Eclis is provided “as is” and “as available.”
6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
In‑app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple’s App Store. Eclis uses RevenueCat to manage entitlements. Billing, refunds, and disputes are handled by Apple according to their terms. The developer does not issue direct refunds except where required by law.
6.1 Auto‑Renewable Subscription Details
Eclis Premium is an optional auto‑renewable subscription that unlocks guided content and premium features:
- Eclis Premium – Full Plan & Mentorship
- Weekly Plan: $3.99 per week (Product ID: app.Eclis.Weekly)
- Monthly Plan: $7.99 per month (Product ID: app.Eclis.Monthly)
- Yearly Plan: $49.99 per year (Product ID: app.Eclis.Yearly)
Features include, for example:
- Full access to the 30‑day guided plan
- Audio visualizations and premium affirmations
- Mentorship experiences and advanced journaling flows
- No interruptions and priority content updates
Subscription information:
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID will be charged upon purchase confirmation and within 24 hours prior to renewal.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6.2 Trial Offers
From time to time, Eclis may offer limited free trials or introductory offers (e.g., 3‑day monthly trial or 1‑week yearly trial as configured in the App Store). Availability and terms can change; the App Store display prevails.
7. Termination
Access may be revoked if you violate these terms, misuse the app, engage in fraud, or otherwise act in a way that harms the app or other users.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted within the app or on our website. Continued use of Eclis after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
